Please reference Case # 05317536 and 05317556. The city should come out and inspect the drain that the recycling truck ran over to assess if it was damaged. Below is the reference text from Case #05317556: At approximately 10:45 AM on August 1, 2025, a City recycling truck drove over a newly repaired sidewalk curb drain located in the cul-de-sac at the end of Fontaine St. This same drain was just repaired by the City in July 2025, due to damage previously caused by a City vehicle over a year ago. A related case was filed today with Leslie at Environmental Services (Case # 05317536). Please identify the driver(s) on this route and provide coaching on proper vehicle operation to prevent future damage. This is precisely why a cone is placed there—to deter vehicles from driving over the curb drain.
