- Behind Garfield plaza again. Every 3 nights there's a huge party back there. They were drinking last week & I told dispatch the girls were fighting & the guys were drinking beer out of the trunk. They were getting in the car to drive hammered. NO ONE CAME & THEY DROVE HAMMERED. Same thing tonight. Big party again. No one came. It won't let me send a video so you'll never know or go back there. Party central right now.
