- The button is stuck again. heading down again to fix this for all of the neighbors. My wife saw someone that looked like the city working on the wrong corner of the intersection today. Please read carefully; It is a physically defective BUTTON on the SOUTHwest corner of the intersection. Of the two buttons... it is the one facing north that allows pedestrians to travel east across Antigua. I spent all day just a few hundred feet from the defective switch waiting for your call. How many times will you send crews to fix this before you spend just 2 minutes on the phone with me to hear the exact problem so that it can be fixed easily and quickly. Just replace the button... or call me...I will walk down and demonstrate how it gets stuck. The human that presses the button does not know that they are condemning the entire neighborhood to another night of lost sleep, closing their windows for hot summer nights or a get all dressed at midnight and walk down to the corner. This sucks .. please fix it.
