- San Diego street sweeper stopped and dumped all his nasty water into the street. Seems to be counter productive to sweep and then hook up to a fire hydrant, then dump nasty dirty water that the when to the drain. Homeowners get fined for washing their cars in the driveway but city is ok with dumping this right in the street seems wrong.
