- Trash cans are placed out the day before for collection. The last couple of weeks, there have been homeless people that have rummaged through the bins and leave the trash surrounding the cans. It gets blown/driven over and makes the area look like a mess. This week, a homeless man was out there for over 5 hours and left with an overflowing wheelchair of items. More and more people are coming each week. Not sure if I need to reach out to the leasing office so that they can wait to move trash out until the morning of to avoid this issue from getting worse.
