- There is raw sewage coming out of a sewer manhole. Not storm drain. RAW SEWAGE.. City crews cleaned out a storm drain in this street in front of my house 5828 Blazing Star Ln. The awful smell related to the cliggged storm drain persists. My report today is about the sewer line. The sewage is flowing into the storm drain inlet across from 5895 Blazing Star Ln.
