- Just west of the Blue Line trolley stop at Tecalote Road (1364 W Morena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92111), there is a tent on the dirt, under the underpass, near the water. I am reporting this tent, as today, I saw two adults (at least one female) and a child (approximately 4-7 years of age; light brown skin, black hair, in short afro style; wearing a black shirt; unknown gender) standing outside of the tent. Please send resources to assist these people, more specifically this vulnerable child. Thank you.
