- Newly opened restaurant “Barista Botanist” has continually left overflowing trash containers in the alley beside their location. This is a health hazard and the trash gets blown around into the sidewalk and alley;I have seen rats in the area; moreover they allow their customers to block the sidewalk (constant issue). Please investigate their trash and sidewalk practices.
