- The tenants in 4136 epsilon keep leaving their trash on the street past the collection days. Collection day falls on a wednesday its been out on the street everyday and today is sunday. They leave it out on the street to save parking for themselves. This was recently reborted and they put it in for one day and then they continued to do it again. This is unfair to everyone who lives on epsilon street because they are blocking a possible parking spot. In addition it makes the neighborhood look bad.
