- This photo is of a water meter located at 1624 Torrey Pines Rd. I didn’t see the depression and tripped and flew into the nearby city pole and then fell onto Torrey Pines Road just missing an oncoming car. I haven’t hit anything so hard with my shoulder since playing high school football. The depressed water meter is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
