Description
There are homeless drugged out people all up and down the Alvarado canyon road. And also they cut a huge whole in a public fence right next to the zephyr building to get into the water ducks for San Diego river to there is trash all up and down the street mostly by the freeway exit off of Alvarado canyon road. Please help my neighborhood be safe again. They are camped out back by the bamboo along the fence behind union grantville apt s 4520 Alvarado canyon road they also live in there cars by the freeway exit and mission gorge.
