- There are lots of accidents and close calls at the intersection of Kansas Street and Polk Avenue. It is a two-way stop, but the stopping traffic often doesn’t realize that cross traffic is not stopping. This makes it very dangerous for pedestrians too. Can the city please install a “Cross Traffic Does Not Stop” sign on the stop signs here? Or just make it a four-way stop? Thank you.
