- This resident is a consistent offender of leaving their trash cans out beyond collection hours. They leave their trash cans out to prevent other neighbors from parking on public streets. Very inconsiderate and creates a safety hazard for the public. They been doing this for years and will continue if there are no consequences. Please help thank you
