- I'm reaching out because our backyard has flooded several times due to a clog in the storm drain. A technician visited on April 11th and agreed that the main issue is the need for a retaining wall at the top of our hill. The sandy soil is unstable, and continued rain could lead to a landslide if the city doesn't address the flooding. Please the video from the last rain.
