- I verified with the Short term rental hotline that this address does not have a STRO license. It was rented to me for about 3 weeks, from 11/24/2024 to 12/1/2024. Please see attached lease. It's owned by two people who live a few doors down. They hire a property manager named Danyelle Wolf. I was charged an exorbitant amount of money for this 3 week rental, and then there was major construction directly outside of the unit the entire time that made it intermittently inhabitable. Neither the property manager or owners expressed concern about how hard this made my life for those 3 weeks. They previously knew about the construction before renting it to me, and did not disclose it.
