- Vegetation encroaching to the path of travel. Cars can't open doors, pedestrians can't walk. This has been reported several times. City fails to comply with standards, codes and guidelines. Vegetation needs to be trimmed 2 feet from the face of curb and 2 feet from edge of sidewalk. Encroachment in the ROW over 3 feet need a ROW permit. Comply with DSD Land Development Manual, TSW Street Desing Manual, US Access Board ADA Accessibility Stds, SDMC Ch 14 Art 2 Div Landscape Reg & Ch12 Art 9 Div 7
