Description
The storm drain at the cul-de-sac at the furthest point of the park has a homeless encampment inside of it once again with a cot and graffiti and trash and laundry hanging over the broken gate Not to mention the numerous stolen bike frames et al and trash strewn as far as the eye can see in the storm gully that runs the length of the bike path to and from the park to Soto St cul-de-sac entrance HELP MUCH APPRECIATED
