Description
There are 4 STR units illegally being operated at 3609 Keating St 92110, and the owner has added the #'s 3611, 3613, and 3615 to the structure to mark the 4 units. I have provided screenshots and URLs of all 4 Airbnb listings (attached). The legal property address per the SD County Assessor is 3609 Keating St, owned by Feliciano "Phil" Reyes of 7536 Via Capri, La Jolla 92037. His spouse, Rebecca Poecher-Reyes is listed as the local contact on all 4 Airbnb listings dba "NXT Vacation MH". The sole STRO Tier 3 License is registered at 3611 Keating St (STR-04650L). As you well know per the STRO Ordinance, "A Host may only hold one license and may not operate more than one dwelling unit for STRO at a time; licenses are not transferrable between ownership or location/dwelling unit." I look forward to the City rectifying this violation and commensurately penalizing the owners for their blatant disregard of the law.
