Parks Issue

Description: This beloved neighborhood park is being neglected. The water fountain has been broken for months and cannot be used. Lots of families and youth sports teams use this park and can't get water from the fountain. The grass areas are overgrown with weeds. The brick path in the front of the park (in front of the playground) which has names of residents and families who donated to the park years ago is currently covered with dirt. I noticed the dirt this morning while walking at the park this morning. There are also two concrete benches that used to be in the basketball court area that still to be replaced. A large pile of branches and greenery with caution tape also needs to be removed. This park used to be maintained regularly by the a city worker. He would be out there mowing the grass and keeping the park well maintained and in top shape for all to enjoy. But, that has changed over the last couple of years. Please give our park the TLC it deserves and maintain it for our neighborhood to continue enjoying.
