Description
Alley continually floods with rain runoff from homes and due to pitch of grade. Becomes inaccessible and causes damage to property at 753 Midway Street.Dirt Alley between Colima and Midway, Nth/Sth and Bellevue and Taft East/West. Requesting either pavement or grading. GID Report 03517030 was created 9/3/21 but nothing done
