Description
Alvarado Road, from college avenue to 70th street, in its entirety, especially under the freeway overpass, needs to be repaved. Not slurry sealed, but completely repaved, as in "remove 3 inches of existing asphalt before a new layer is placed" along its entire length and its entire width. The street is badly cracked, so any potholes that are filled return and are enlarged at the next rainstorm. The street does not seem to be on the city's map of 'streets to be repaired.'
