Get It Done is a lot of things – an innovative app, an easy way to connect with the City of San Diego, and a convenient tool for employees. But it is not a place to report emergencies. For emergencies, please always dial 9-1-1. Unlike our Get It Done crew, the 9-1-1 dispatch team works around the clock – 24 hours a day, seven days a week – to serve our community. If there is any doubt as to whether the situation is an emergency, it is always better to be on the safe side and call 9-1-1. If you’d like to report a non-emergency issue for which immediate action is not required, the City offers a few different ways for you to do it.
