Recently removed No Left / No U-Turn sign here is causing major traffic backups on WB Washington and numerous t-bone accidents.

Homeless encampments in this area are creating safety and sanitation issues. People are drinking alcohol, doing drugs, defecating, urinating, leaving drug needles, and loitering near cars and the trolley station. Residents feel unsafe, and property has been affected.
