EDCO trash cans out of place

There is a deep, elongated pothole on Camino Del Rio North in San Diego, located just past 3111 Camino Del Rio North across the street heading west. The pothole is on the inner side of the outside lane on the river side of the street. My driver side vehicle tire dropped into it with a loud, body jarring metal thud, indicating potential damage to rims and suspensions. This pothole poses a serious safety risk and needs urgent repair. || LOCATION: Past Mission City Parkway just past 3111 Camino Del Rio North || LANE: Right lane || DIRECTION: Westbound

The branches on the curbside trees are hanging over the sidewalk along with touching the roof. The tree roots are also uplifting the side walk making it hazardous for walkers and joggers. The branches also hang in the street making it difficult to see oncoming traffic.
