There was an incoming on 17th St. and imperial Avenue. There was no individual inside. I scream three times if everything was OK there was no individual inside the encampment. Everything is gonna be clear.

Homeless sleeping behind Transformer

I am a homeowner on the 4900 block of Sandshore Ct, San Diego, CA 92130. Our neighbors have reported this but I want to add support and emphasis for the way our street was left : previously submitted Report # 05420016 on the work AT&T was doing on Sandshore Ct to lay fiber optic cable. You referred me to an email address for AT&T. Sent multiple emails and got no response. The workers finally came back, “finished” job after initial fix was not up to standards but did not resurface entire block and left us with a patchwork eyesore. All homeowners are understandably upset. Since City owns the street, I’m reaching out to you to please restore our street to original condition
