There is raw sewage coming out of a sewer manhole. Not storm drain. RAW SEWAGE.. City crews cleaned out a storm drain in this street in front of my house 5828 Blazing Star Ln. The awful smell related to the cliggged storm drain persists. My report today is about the sewer line. The sewage is flowing into the storm drain inlet across from 5895 Blazing Star Ln.

Once again someone in the apartment complex has dumped unwanted large items onto the sidewalk in front of their complex. The apartment owner needs to be held accountable. Please get this picked up. This is the second get it done report I have made in the last week or so.

Homeless encampment returned due to broken fences at the corners of the fence

Just west of the Blue Line trolley stop at Tecalote Road (1364 W Morena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92111), there is a tent on the dirt, under the underpass, near the water. I am reporting this tent, as today, I saw two adults (at least one female) and a child (approximately 4-7 years of age; light brown skin, black hair, in short afro style; wearing a black shirt; unknown gender) standing outside of the tent. Please send resources to assist these people, more specifically this vulnerable child. Thank you.
