PER SDPD, LIGHTS OUT IN ALL DIRECTIONS.

I work in the area. The guy works at a collision repair shop and parks all of his cars on public streets for weeks on end, taking up valuable space. He also parks his large vehicles in certain areas to save spots for himself. His property already has a large driveway. Vehicles shouldn’t be on the street for so long.

Good afternoon. This car has been parked in front of my address 4548 Cherokee Ave since May 2025. The vehicle is moved between the current parking location and only 15 feet ahead and back, every few weeks, so they can make it seem like the car is being used. I have seen this with my own eyes. This goes against the 72 hour parking restriction and "half mile" rule to reset.

Vehicle has been parked there for 3-4 weeks now. Not seen any one go in or out of it. Has 1-2 flat tires. Wheels are not properly turned towards sidewalk for proper parking. This vehicle needs to be taken away in order to properly have others park accordingly (not enough safe parking space)

Multiple cars sit here for days to weeks on end. One car hasn't moves in over a month

There is a encampment next to the 5 south 10th Ave exit. There are two large tents setup.
