Street light has been adjusted to be on a timer instead of sensors and is causing massive traffic in the area for the street to get to the freeway while the other directions stay empty due to inappropriate light timing.

Green bin left out. Wednesday April 23 2025 8:30pm. Pickup is on fridays. This residence has numerous multiple prior violations and this is the second time this week they leave bins out. They don’t learn please issue a monetary fine as it takes up critical public street parking.

Trash container out early at 430 am. Pick up missed.

I am one of the remote guards, and during my shift, I’ve observed frequent suspicious activity that appears to involve drug transactions at the corner of Park Blvd and Market Street. This has been happening repeatedly, and it seems to be a hotspot for this type of behavior.
