Newly opened restaurant “Barista Botanist” has continually left overflowing trash containers in the alley beside their location. This is a health hazard and the trash gets blown around into the sidewalk and alley;I have seen rats in the area; moreover they allow their customers to block the sidewalk (constant issue). Please investigate their trash and sidewalk practices.

The tenants in 4136 epsilon keep leaving their trash on the street past the collection days. Collection day falls on a wednesday its been out on the street everyday and today is sunday. They leave it out on the street to save parking for themselves. This was recently reborted and they put it in for one day and then they continued to do it again. This is unfair to everyone who lives on epsilon street because they are blocking a possible parking spot. In addition it makes the neighborhood look bad.

Individual was originally blocking the main entrance to the Safe parking site; however, has now moved directly across the gate with his tent and belongings. Tent is set up on the street.

2 plus years of continuous reports about this PILE OF CRAP that NOTHING gets done about. Will be a miracle when we no longer see mounds of trash/debris, tents, stacks of stolen bicycles and encampments on every street corner and in every PUBLIC park. This makes our city look like a third world country. DO BETTER!!
