4150 Mission BoulevardHomeless individual is storing items on the sidewalk under plastic wrap and blocking the public right of way. He has been in this spot for a couple of weeks. He is on the 700 block of Reed Ave between Mission Boulevard and Ocean Front Walk. He is on the north side of the street next to The Beach Cottages hotel parking lot.
