Behind Garfield plaza again. Every 3 nights there's a huge party back there. They were drinking last week & I told dispatch the girls were fighting & the guys were drinking beer out of the trunk. They were getting in the car to drive hammered. NO ONE CAME & THEY DROVE HAMMERED. Same thing tonight. Big party again. No one came. It won't let me send a video so you'll never know or go back there. Party central right now.

There is major road construction on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, which is completely blocking the entrance to Northminster preschool/church. We currently have around 50 children ages 18 months to 5 years old in our care. Parents come in and out of our parking lot twice a day to drop them off and pick them up. The only access they have is the alleyway behind the preschool, which had significant potholes. This is dangerous to drive on especially with small children in the car. || LOCATION: Alleyway between Clairemont Mesa and Conrad Ave - closest cross street is Cole. || LANE: Only one lane || DIRECTION: Westbound
