On about 12 occasions now my neighbors at 3071 national avenue have been dumping everything and anything into our trash cans to where we can't use them all over the front of our property to where we can't even pull our car in blocking the roadway and making our own trash cans inaccessible to where we can't even throw our trash away we got them to stop and they won't . It's now at a point where Albert Moreno our neighbor has been doing it in a violent threatening manner harassing my wife and abusing my cat

Shirtless man loitering all hours of the day, every day, in the driveway of a private residence of a very elderly senior citizen who lives alone. Lots of children under the age of 10 on Lake Alturas. Major safety concern.

The trees on the north side of Carmel Mountain Rd (from Carmel Mountain Rd to E. Ocean Air) are very tall, possibly unstable and with many dead branches. They pose a fire and/or falling hazard to the nearby homes. They need to be cut or trimmed..

Trash

The manhole in the west facing lane is very dangerous. It has had a deep area completely around the cover and you have to swerve around it or try to straddle it if you know it’s there. Recently paved streets in the adjacent Rolando area has cement around their manholes making driving over them possible.
