Hello, It’s me again like every week. This is getting ridiculous now. Again the trash cans were not being picked up. I need to put a formal complain about this. Could you please send someone over to pick them up trash cans again. We are paying for this service now so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Please see attached photos of the homeless man in Fanuel Street Park. He has been here for a couple of weeks and I think he sleeps in one of the bathrooms. This man is a concern as he drinks alcohol all day long and is confrontational with the public. I witnessed him fighting with a couple on the boardwalk and I believe he has assaulted the maintenance worker. Additional concern is that he has been seen walking around the park with a beer in his hands (see photo attached). Yesterday two men came by and there was something "exhanged" between them. Lastly, he might be attracted to the area due to the number of children at the park (he stares at the playground).
