Tree Maintenance

Tree branches potentially interfere with power lines, effects and bumps up the ground around and very messy ( tree looks kind of dead) . Older people live there and sometimes the fallen branches could cause a tripping hazard. We would love to have this tree removed and replaced with something else. My parents live in the house right next to the tree. Please let me know if I can help in the cost of the removal .
