Trash was not picked up

Using trash cans to block parking.

The green cans were skipped today for me and my nextdoor neighbor. My can is full. I'm not sure if they missed anyone else. The picked up across the street.

This fence has been opened and it allows people to come through. what's wrong with the city of San Diego why won't they clean up the park in this area and enforce it. is the Socialist mayor Todd Gloria keeping the police services from enforcing cleanup of the park? I don't understand. isn't San Diego supposed to be better than Portland and Oakland and Los Angeles and Seattle and all the other Democratic shit holes on the West Coast?? please help we need your assistance

Two recycle bins were not picked up today. All others in alley were picked up.

Someone did not properly dispose of large mattress and bed frame into the dumpster by fully not breaking them down before placing them into the container.
