Coast View Park seems to have been completely forgotten about in terms of maintenance. Grass not mowed or cared for etc

We are fed up around here with the mess that's going on along Mission Bay Drive. The entire bayfront has turned into a homeless camp. There are well over 100 illegal campers now, and the problem is getting worse by the day. There are no parking signs from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m What the hell is going on in the city? My last get it done report was closed and nothing changed. What is the deal? How much longer do we have to look at this disaster that you have allowed on our once beautiful bayfront?
