MTS bus shelter on East bound Nobel Drive in front of the Chick-a-fil restaurant. Homeless black man in black and white plaid shirt observed sleeping at bus stop at 1 PM in the afternoon, and then later at 8 PM -- 7 hours later!

1 black container was emptied but the other one missed.

Signs left on 3rd Avenue (in Bankers Hill) between Maple Street and Nutmeg Street on 3rd Avenue.

There's 2 abandoned cars parked in front of 3446 Newton Avenue, San Diego CA 92113. Both cars have been parked there longer than a week and a half. One car has no license plate sticker indicating it is not properly registered. Car is full of junk inside indicating abandonment and no registration. Both cars show no sign of use- abandoned and suspicious. Need removal asap.

2 RVs now parking on the street. The first one keeps returning after being towed or cited. The second is a new one. Sidewalk gets partially blocked by RV steps and open door.

There are people at the South West off/on ramp just north of West Point Loma and Midway drive intersection.they are shoplifting and bothering the neighbors in the area. Grocery Outlet, CVS, 7 eleven. Please do something about this. We have children in this neighborhood. They are using and selling drugs up there.
