A few of the lights on this street do not work and it’s unsafe for the young adults living in this area at night

There are green lights and red lights on at the same time. This is super confusing and could cause an accident. The left turn and far right signal seemed to be linked. So when the left arrow is on the far right signal is also green.

Unhoused encampment against private property

The asphalt along Mira Mesa Blvd and Westview Pkwy, leading up to the I-15 freeway entrance, is in extremely poor condition across all lanes. This area has been neglected for a long time and urgently needs resurfacing.

Illegal drug use and unhoused individuals loitering on public and private property blocking access and causing disturbances.
