The two blue bins didn’t get pick up.

For the last two weeks my green organic bin has not been emptied completely

Encampment verified by rangers. Notify NPD

500 Saturn - encampment. Large gray & orange tent, bicycle and shopping cart. Multiple bags of trash in front of tent. Appears to be same person that had been staying with the unfriendly dog (dog was not seen at time of creating this report)

3 other neighbors - one to the north and two to the south have also not had their trash collected this morning. Grey trash cans.

Motor home has been parked alongside our home for nearly 3weeks. Shades are down and we have not seen any activity entering or exiting this vehicle.

Multiple tents laid out on the sidewalk with a lot of bags.
