The same homeless encampment I just reported, just moved 30 yards towards the beach from Saratoga park. As I was walking back from the beach, one homeless guy was walking towards myself, wife and 8 month old. He did an air punch making a loud screech and almost hit my wife. then proceeded to this encampment. Please do something about these homeless people.

Light # 85120 does not turn on at night anymore. Any chance you can help us by repairing the problem so this street light turns on at night? We have very few lights on our streets in this area so one light out at night makes an already dark street even darker. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

New report on July 21, 2026: abandoned beige Toyota sedan remains parked on the public street in front of 7209 Courtney Dr and appears not to have moved for several days. Both the front and rear windshields are broken/shattered, and the car appears abandoned and potentially inoperable. Please inspect and remove if appropriate.

1120 Nestor Way San Diego CA 92154 Behind Nestor Senior Village and Nestor United Methodist Church along the creek bed. Shelter built up. A number of people have been seen coming and going. A dog is there. One of the people has a car parked in the Nestor Senior Village parking lot.
