Encampment next to gas station. Individuals come in to still from store, also they are using the bushes to defecate and imitate.

The street light at the large intersection of El Camino Real and Carmel Mountain Rd./Carmel Creek Rd. In Torrey Hills, Carmel Valley (92130) has really terrible timing. Can someone please come fix it? It is green for 2 to 3 minutes in a direction where no cars are traveling while cars are waiting for their turn.

Green can left out each week for the last three weeks and uncollected. Do you know why? NE side of street has been collected but SW side is repetitively missed. Three weeks in a row. Why? Are you no longer collecting green waste cans? If solid waste is still collecting green cans, when will these be emptied? Service is ever worse with time and I am required to pay increased property taxes for even worse service. This makes no sense. In addition to new cans which we do not need.

The walk button is not working properly. I tried the button on 2 cycles and the walk sign did not come on
