Container left out

Inhabited RV camper unmoved for over a week and reported July 17 left that afternoon (I assume after contact with SDPD) but returned today; it is again parked facing west with a block behind the back wheel. Fan and TV/radio are audible from inside the camper and windows are open. Truck that accompanies the RV, Chevy Colorado (CA 85172X3), is again parked in front of the RV; this time the bed is filled with a cooler and other items. Neighbor has seen people entering/exiting RV after dark but could not identify number, gender, race or height/weight. SDPD has advised us to continue to file, specify that the vehicle is an RV rather than a trailer, as the camper was initially identified, and note that we are now certain the RV is occupied.
