Green camper type car with NO windshield front or back lights. cannot BE DRIVEN. They park in one spot for 5 to 7 days we at a time This car is more park on the other side of Dwight for at least 6 days they are also 5 ft from the curb. DO POLICE come down here every so often.

Once again the unhoused are blocking the right away of a sidewalk on 14th and national causing the Padres fans to walk around onto oncoming traffic making it unsafe this is a continuous problem that needs to be resolved with the permanent sign saying no blocking the sidewalks or camping on sidewalks thank you
