Can still out, again

Green arrow turns are critically needed for crossings at the Ashford St and Beagle St intersection. Both streets is a one-lane, one-direction street with high pedestrian/vehicle traffic from Mesa college and Ross elementary & traffic entering/exiting the shopping center--vehicles forming gridlocks on all directions passing the Ashford and Beagle St intersection. As a result, waiting drivers have the habit to unsafely bypass slow/stopped traffic off the main traveled portion of the roadway.

Homeless camp is back and growing. Also seen drug activity at location

Two-truck sets up alongside Washington and PCH off-ramp next to skate park and does their manufacturing on city property. Happens multiple times per week.

The customer reported that their green bin has not been picked up since January. Requesting truck to return please.

The garbage truck drove by my bin without stopping. I think they did not see my bin because it is a small size.
