Abandoned truck for months

The areas near the curb at the northeast corner of both Goldfinch and Sutter are full of weeds. Is this the responsibility of the city or the homeowner at that location?

A homeless man and an enormous amount of his Garbage has been across the street from me for about four days now. I’ve waited to report it, hoping that he would go away, but he hasn’t.

The Coleman trailer and volkswagon park for 3-4 days then move to an adjacent spot on the street. They live in the trailer. It is not trailer parking.

The giant heap is still here. For what it's worth, I'm sure they're dumping their "liquids" into the storm drain. It's been 3 weeks. This is not safe or sanitary and it needs to not be here. It needs to be at the landfill.
