Intersection of Zoo Place/ Park Blvd has been out since at least 8:30am this morning (4/1/26). It is blinking red and causing major traffic delays in Balboa Park and the Zoo.

they missed my green container this am but collected others on the street

I apologize from the request #05654007, I forgot to add the pictures on there of the dead pedestrian signals at Park Blvd and 12th Ave at the trolley crossing. Here are the pictures here.

At Park Blvd and 12th Ave at the trolley crossing, there is a pedestrian hand that is out for people walking south, and a walk light is out for pedestrians walking north. The two pictures show both pedestrian signals.
