A big sign saying "THRU TRAFFIC MERGE LEFT" has been left sitting on the side of the road for 2 weeks or so. can someone please come retrieve it. thank you

Large commercial vehicles, including bobtail semi‑trucks and auto transport trucks, are parking on Springbrook Drive between Poway Road and Sabre Springs Parkway for 72+ hours at a time on a weekly basis. This has been occurring for 5–6 months and effectively uses the street as free long‑term storage. The size and placement of these vehicles narrow the roadway and block sightlines, creating a safety hazard for drivers and pedestrians. I request investigation and enforcement to address this ongoing issue.

A group of individuals has become a constant problem at this location. They regularly loiter in the area, litter, drink alcohol, harass customers, beg, steal from the nearby convenience store, and remain on or around the property for extended periods of time. They also frequently play loud music, creating a disturbance for my business, my customers, and the surrounding area.

Likely no permit topping of two liquid amber parkway/street trees. So these people have been topping these trees for quite some time as it had “weaklings” and “shoots,” coming up the trees prior. However, in the last week (these street/parkway trees are on my weekly route)….they came to cut off what I would refer to as “the weaklings,” that shoot out after being topped off. Request for city to recover damages. Thank you.
