There is a large teal and white comforter pillow or duvet in the storm drain on fourth Avenue at Redwood. I pulled out quite a bit of Styrofoam hatching tape and other construction debris, but I could not pull out this pillow that may block the new storm drain in the next storm

Due to the lack of action as well as sending a unit WEEKS after making a "Get it Done" report we now have an abundance of litter and debris while the loitering on a dangerous electrical device is the case of it

The jacaranda tree is leaning over the street and the street sweepers are not able to clean the street from 2148 to 2124 Broadway 92102. There is grass which makes it difficult to park and the tree is overhanging too much and has too many extra branches at the base.
