Illegitimate service/ business operating out of residential with no permits. Jessie, he’s at 2038 felspar st. Unit B. He has two garages full of beach equipment

The trash man did not pick up on our side of the street this week. My neighbors trash was not picked up as well

1: RV and porta-potty concern:There is an RV that has been parked outside of a residence for approximately one month without moving. In addition, there is a porta-potty placed outside of the fence/property line. 2: Frequent Vehicle repair in the street:Diagonally across the street, there is another residence where individuals are frequently working on vehicles in the street/public area, including ongoing repair and rebuilding work on an older black impala.

Homeless man camping here, looks like for 4 days now. I saw him grilling one day. Today, he was tossing trash behind him into the hiking trail.

Once again, the city continues to steal my money. I paid nearly $600 in advance for my service. As the pictures indicate, my cans were out in the street early AM. I absolutely do not care about any reason why my recycling was not picked up. I only care about the service I was forced to pay for. This is considered to be terrible customer service. I am demanding a refund of $23 to pay me back for services not provided.
