The collections workers came out to pick up the old garbage cans from our street and spilled one of the cans all over the road behind our house. Absolutely vile, old garbage that wasn’t even from our own can. Liquid dog poop everywhere from poop bags that busted open, other liquid all over the street that smells like manure, beer cans, food waste, etc..

Property has bolted ramps into gutter blocking water flow.
