A group of individuals was observed loitering at the corner of Market St. and Park Blvd. Some individuals appeared to be buying and selling drugs. Assistance is requested to have the group removed.

The red bulb is burned out in the traffic signal on the northeast corner of the intersection of Del Cerro Blvd and College Avenue. The signal head faces northbound traffic.
