    Millard construction has torn up the sidewalk and it has been blocked now for months. We have a newborn we walk with in stroller we can go around but for any elderly or handicapped it is complete hazard. I don’t know why a private company gets to get away with this with no consequences when if it was an ordinary neighbor they would get a fine slapped on them. Please handle
