11632 Spring Canyon Rd, San Diego, Ca 92131, UsaStreet is not flooded. There is consistently a large puddle the width of the lane on the 2nd from right lane of the westbound side of Spring Canyon Rd. I've noticed it for the past couple weeks, and it's always there. Concern there's a leak, as it's far away from any irrigation system.
