    Yellow Nissan 350z with a very loud exhaust and pitch black tinted windows continues to drive recklessly early in the mornings and purposefully rev engine to set off car alarms. Did so this morning at 5:55 am well within quiet hours. Picture attached is of vehicle in question. License plate 8WCB449

    Need water meter moved due to sunken apron and damaged sidewalk. City Notified us under Safe Sidewalk Program to get sidewalk repaired. Water meter located in center of apron where sidewalk needs repair. Needs to be moved away from damaged sidewalk to complete sidewalk repair and repair apron to driveway so sidewalk can be repaired.
