Description: THIS IS A DANGER THAT ALMOST CAUSED A HEAD-ON COLLISION. Please see picture below. This property (and adjacent units at 855, 857, 859) leave trash & recycling cans in the street the entire week. Cars turning from 27th street onto Eastbound 27th must pull into the left lane to avoid the cans. Vehicles traveling westbound on E Street (from 28th to 27th) cannot see these cans because they are just behind the crest of a steep hill. In the afternoon, travelling up the hill heading into the setting sun makes it almost impossible to see oncoming traffic until the last second. THIS IS A CONTINUING DANGER EVERY DAY OF EVERY WEEK. It cannot be treated as a one-off. It cannot wait 14 days. Permanent enforcement action is needed. You have received many, many complaints about the owners of this property---for more than a year--and they still refuse to abide by waste disposal rules. (Check your database.) THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. ITS AN ONGONING DANGER.
